Water Damage and Mold Damage

This commercial client in Northwest Bergen County had water damage that also created secondary mold damage. Our Crew Chief went to the location quickly and inspected the water damage. While he was there he visibly noticed the signs of mold, and with further inspection found mold under the carpet. Once this initial inspection was done the production crew was sent out to the location, and started to remove the wet carpet and other materials. Then commercial grade drying equipment was used to dry the entire area. The mold was cleaned up and the entire area was disinfected. Our client was very satisfied with our quick response and knowledge of how to address each part of their problem. SERVPRO made this disaster "Like it never even happened."
